Tom Hayes and Associates offers an EWC Contact Group
This brings together labour relations leaders from multinational companies responsible for managing their EWCs for an exchange of views on current developments and practices. The group meets at least twice a year in person, supplemented by online meetings and virtual events.
We offer an EWC Package which involves membership of the EWC Contact Group, and online advice and consultancy on individual company EWC issues. We will also publish a monthly newsletter focused on EWC developments.
Whether it is putting together a European Works Council, electing employee representatives to inform and consult when collective redundancies are under consideration, or identifying employee representatives to engage with in the case of newer European laws, such as Pay Transparency or the Corporate Sustainability Report Directive Tom Hayes and Associates bring years of experience to the table.
