EWC Contact Group
We also run the EWC Contact Group which brings together labour relations leaders from multinational companies responsible for managing their EWCs for an exchange of views on current developments and practices. We offer an “EWC Package” which involves membership of the Contact Group, and online advice and consultancy on individual company EWC issues.
A new name for an established service
Tom Hayes and Associates is the new name and identity for the Brussels-based networking and consultancy group focused on European Works Councils, a.k.a. BEERG. BEERG which is now part of the Washington DC-based CHRO Association.
THASCS works closely with the CHRO Association which has a global focus across the full range of issues of concern to chief human resource executives, while we specialise in narrow, European labour relations issues.
